NEW LA VACCINE REQUIREMENTS (11-8-21)

Hello everyone, we at The Artform Studio hope everyone is going into the holiday season healthy and safe.

As of November 8th, 2021, the L.A. County SafePass launched. As a personal care establishment and reactivation venue, we will require vaccination cards and ID upon entrance for hair salon services and in-store shopping for books and records until further notice.

Patrons using religious exemptions are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of entry into the indoor portion of this business.
