Staying Safe is our Top Priority.
Thank you for your patience and continued support. Happy to announce that we are re-opening our Hair Salon & Record Store this June 15th. We have our checklist of safety guidelines present, among them in place are all of our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all staff and will be providing a mask and gloves for you to wear at Artform at all times, if you do not have one upon entering. In order for us to maintain a safe environment for everyone, we will adhere to our state and city guidelines. See below for all in-depth information about each item on our list. Masks Required
Everyone inside Artform is required to wear a mask at all times. if you do not have one, we will provide a disposable mask for you to wear. Guests with a haircut and/or color appointment, we recommend you wear and ear looped mask. Hair or color may get caught or stain your mask. You are welcome to bring an extra mask or we will also have a disposable mask for you.
Health Check
All guests, staff, and stylists will be required to do a contactless temperature check upon arrival. Guests that book a haircut and/or color will be sent a waiver that will need to be signed and sent to us before services.
Wash/Sanitize Hands
Please wash/sanitize your hands upon arriving at entrance. there will be hand sanitizers at stylist's stations, a sanitizing station in the middle of Artform, and near exit.
Reduced Capacity
For hair appointments, please text us when you park your car. We will notify you when we are ready to check you in after stylist sanitizes and disinfects tools and working station. We will be practicing social distancing of a minimum of 6 ft. between working stations. Please come alone unless you are accompanying your child to their hair appointment. We will not be taking walk-ins nor booking any guests in between services to adhere to capacity guidelines.
Essential Items
Please bring only essential items to your hair appointment. Your items will be placed in a plastic bag for less contact to help our stylists and staff sanitize and disinfect working stations in a timely manner. Please bring your own drink as we will not be serving water, coffee, or tea, temporarily. Contactless payment is recommended. We have Venmo and Zelle available.
